Thank you for your patience as we navigate the changes that are transpiring due to the COVID-19 virus situation. Please stay up-to-date on the College’s website at www.camosun.ca/covid19 for important updates.
What should I expect from my upcoming or current Continuing Education class?
We have taken varying approaches depending on the course you are registered in. Please note that we are making the most informed decisions we can, aligned with the guidance from the Provincial Health Officer, knowing that information is constantly changing. We are dedicated to taking measures to keep students, instructors, and the community safe. You will be receiving an email on the status of your course and any changes we are planning to make. If you haven’t seen anything, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If you have any questions or concerns, you may email us at email@example.com. Please be aware we are experiencing heavy call volumes at this time and we encourage you to email or leave a voicemail. Our staff is committed to getting your questions answered and will respond in a timely manner. Please note that our staff are working remotely until further notice. Our phone will still be able to capture voicemails and will be responded to.
Will all upcoming Continuing Education courses transfer to online delivery?
At this time and wherever feasible, we will be transitioning from face-to-face instruction to alternative instruction and assessment as part of measures to support social distancing. Please stay tuned on our website for updates to our courses and new online options.
Transition to alternative methods takes time, but we are looking at unique ways to offer our course content to best suit the needs and health of our students. Please stay tuned on our website to see alternative options for many of our courses and programs. We will still plan to offer in-person courses and information sessions when it is appropriate to do so.
