Course Description

Learners will build a stylish bar stool with angled mortise-and-tenon joinery and an upholstered seat. The project will build on skills from previous levels and introduce the challenge of angled joinery. Participants will also learn a variety of wood shaping techniques, bent lamination and some basic upholstering.

Students will need to buy unfinished hardwood lumber to bring to the first class, and upholstery material later in the course. Cost will range from $40-70 depending on materials selection. Registered students will receive an email two weeks before the first class with the details.
