Course Description

Learn the leadership skills to effectively manage your project. You will review effective methods to manage information related to your project including creating and storing information. As well, you will create a communication plan to help you effectively distribute that information.

At the end of this course, learners will be able to apply project management processes to:

  • Distribute project information
