Course Description

This course is offered in one weekend.  Learn about the stages of pregnancy, stages of labour, preparing for labour and delivery including labour techniques, interventions and options during labour and delivery, and caring for mom and baby, and a guided tour of the labour/deliver and mother/babe units at the hospital.  Our classes fill quickly. We recommend that you register in your second trimester to secure the class that works best for you and your partner in your third trimester.   All classes are held at Victoria General Hospital in the Lecture Hall (located across the hall from Tim Horton's.)
