Inspired by Chef Heidi’s travels in India and her lifelong love of Indian food, this class is perfect for those who love curry but can never make their curries taste "right". In class, she will focus on the key techniques that make vibrant, full-bodied Indian food. Clarify the world of Indian spices and learn how to make delicious food at home! Tonight’s menu includes homemade curry powder, fresh mint chutney, pappadum, spiced cauliflower, and traditional North Indian curry (either vegetarian or meat) with basmati rice.
Required: 10" chef's knife, a pairing knife, a vegetable peeler, and an apron
