Course Description

With the CLTD designation, become a recognized expert in the logistics, transportation and distribution fields. Certification demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of topics to set you apart from your colleagues—proving your high level of knowledge and skills. The APICS CLTD is designed for logistics professionals across all industries, especially:
  • Logistics managers/engineers
  • Supply chain logistics managers
  • Traffic managers
  • Transportation/fleet managers
  • Warehouse operations/distribution managers
  • Reverse logistics managers

No matter where you are in your career, earning the CLTD credential will demonstrate your mastery of a broad range of logistic, transportation and distribution topics.

Additional Costs not included in Tuition: 

  • Course materials: $1,075 (not included in tuition)

Exam: Upon completion of this course, students are eligible to write the CLTD certification exam.  Information can be found at www.APICS.ORG. The exam is 3.5 hours long and contains 150 multiple choice questions. Exams can be taken at any time dependent on availability at testing centers. These exam centers are located throughout Greater Victoria. The prerequisites to take the exam are:  

  • Bachelor’s degree, or
  • 3 years of related business experience, or
  • CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCOR-P, C.P.M., CSM or CPSM designation
Exam fees: $695 USD for APICS members, $915 USD for non-members
